Returns Made Easy …
As unforeseen reasons may occur and despite all of our efforts to ensure style and quality of our product, we understand you may wish to return an item. If so, please follow these steps:
- Take special care of your return as credit is only issued on product received in resell-able condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, non-wrinkled or like concerns).
- Include the packing list within the package and insure your order number, contact information (phone and email) is on the return documentation.
- Please note separately the reason for your return on the packing list incase it is required for our inspection process.
- In your package, find the return UPS label.
- Apply this label to your package and take to any UPS drop off area. To find the nearest location, go to UPS.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1.800.742.5877)
- A small fee of $10 will be deducted from your credit, refund or replacement once the return is received and processed.
- We gladly accept returns from our receipt up to 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Duck Head Apparel does guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will also accept those items for refund or exchange.
