  1. NECK - Measure around the middle of your neck
  2. CHEST - Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest
  3. SLEEVE - Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down to your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.
  4. WAIST - Measure around your natural waistline
  5. SEAT - Measure around your widest part of your hip

"The perfect travel pants! Super lightweight, packs tiny, comfortable, good looking, high quality fabric and sewing, wrinkle free, stain resistant, easy hand wash, versatile.
