COVID-19 Statement

To our Social Sportsmen,

We are in trying times that are unprecedented and everchanging.  We will get through this, but we must all do our part to come through this together.  Our thoughts go out to all that have been impacted by the spread of COVID-19.  We are grateful for the health care workers, first responders, military, and community helpers that continue to serve and protect our communities and us. 

Please stay healthy by continuing to take necessary precautions to slow the spread of this virus, including handwashing and social distancing (we know this is difficult given we are social creatures by nature).  Secondly, maintain your optimism, resiliency, and try to find peace during this pause.  We believe it’s more important than ever to stay connected to everything we love most.

Our highest priority remains the health and well-being of our Duck Head customers, employees, and partners.  We are grateful for your ongoing patronage and for our ability to continue to serve you.  Our online store remains open. Our fulfillment center and customer service teams are practicing social distancing and diligently following all CDC guidelines. To protect our team, we have reduced customer service and distribution staff hours, dividing our staff into multiple shifts. We have also shifted multiple teams to working remotely. We thank you for your patience, as this may impact customer service response times and product delivery dates.
