Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it is placed? 

A: Our team begins processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they’ve been submitted.

If you need a different item, size, or shipping address, please place a new order. We’ll be happy to assist with a return once your original order arrives.

 

Q: What is the cut-off time for an order to ship out on the same day? 

A: Expedited orders placed before 10 a.m. typically ship out the same day. 

 

Q: Why did I receive a notification that my order was delivered but I don't have it? 

A: FedEx sometimes sends out the “delivered” message too early. They suggest waiting 24 hours before any type of investigation. 

 

Q: Can pants be hemmed or altered before shipping? 

A: Unfortunately, we do not have any personnel that can hem or alter pants on site.
