  3. SLEEVE - Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down to your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.
  4. WAIST - Measure around your natural waistline
  5. SEAT - Measure around your widest part of your hip

Hi Herb, Thanks for your question! The bottom opening in the slim fit Gold School Chino will vary on the waist size you choose. For your reference a 34 waist will have a bottom opening of 15 inches and a 35 waist will go up to 15 1/4 inches. Also just so you know the Slim Fit Chino has a much more tapered leg than the Gold School Chino. We hope this information is helpful but if you have any other questions please let us know!
